New Zealand owned and operated Woodlanz Pacific Ltd is located in Rotorua, New Zealand. Led by Hugh Douglas and Rusty Phillips, Woodlanz management is highly experienced and qualified, each with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry in New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Woodlanz is an innovative family company specialising in the manufacture of building panels with a unique patented connection method; the Woodlanz Building System. Using local timber products and precision components, we are able to carefully control the panel manufacturing process at our Rotorua based factory in all weathers, all year round. This enables us to effectively manage our production costs and minimise waste which translates into huge savings for our customers, when compared with conventional building.
