The WoodlaNZ Building System

WoodlaNZ Pacific SIP panels are factory manufactured using the following high quality comportmentry:

• Frame of 65x45mm or 90x45mm LVL with studs at 400mm or 600mm centres.
• One ‘skin’ of 10mm Triboard or 12mm Plygroove, glued to frames with Purbond HB polyurethane adhesive.
• One ‘skin’ of 12mm Plywood nailed to frames with 50×2.8 galv flathead nails at 150mm centres, and glued to frames with Purbond HB polyurethane adhesive.
• Internal layer of Endurethane 3345M Polyurethane foam injected into the cavities under pressure by a Graco Reactor foam proportioner. Insulation factor of R2.7 for 65mm or R3.6 for 90mm thickness. The finished wall R rating will vary slightly depending on the stud spacing and cladding.

Woodlanz SIP Panels have been tested using a NZ Standard P21 test, for extreme wind and earthquake resistance. Refer to the Woodlanz Panel Testing document for values.

Woodlanz Paciific Ltd SIP panels, if designed, used, installed and maintained in accordance with the details provided by Woodlanz Pacific Ltd will meet the following provisions of the New Zealand Building Code:

• Clause B1 STRUCTURE: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2 and B1.3.4. Woodlanz SIP panels meet the requirement for loads arising from self-weight, earthquake, wind, impact and creep.
• Clause B2 DURABILITY: Perfomance B2.3.1 (a), not less than 50 years, B2.3.1 (b), 15 years, B2.3.1 (c) 5 years and Woodlanz SIP panels meet these requirements.
